　　字凯健。1952年生人，内蒙古人，达斡尔族。毕业于黑龙江省艺术学校，结业于中央美术学院国画系。现任美术家协会理事、美术家协会画艺委会委员、画学会常务理事、当代工笔画学会常务理事，中央文史研究馆书画院研究员，黑龙江省文联副主席，黑龙江省美术家协会主席，黑龙江省画学会会长，黑龙江省九三学社社员，黑龙江省文史馆馆员，国家一级美术师，享受国务院特殊津贴。

　　作品曾多次参加国内外大型画展，参加第六、七、八、九、十、十一、十二届全国美展和历届全国工笔画大展并获奖。由《美术》、《人民日报》、《建设》、《报道》、《国画家》，香港《美术家》，台湾《封候手记》等刊物辟专栏作画家评介。曾多次在日本、新加坡、美国等国家和港台等地区举办个人画展和联展，出版多种个人画集，入选《现代美术史》，《工笔画选集》，《世界华人美术家》，《当代美术》，《科学人》等多部大型画集和艺术家名人辞典。
